Well they did not have a working model at Frankfurt a few weeks ago. Nick from Epifani told me they were still working on the amp and that it was only a mock-up/prototype (indeed it was, I picked it up and it was empty inside).
I think it is scheduled to appear later this year.

Spence...I could be wrong, but I swear this is what he told me. Maybe I heard wrong, because he did mention that the Epifani 502 is the same amp as the picolo except with only one channel...so i went into his store and tried an Epifani 502 (number ?). I think that's what it was.
I'm sure he said he heard the Picolo though. I personally didn't go to NAMM.

i played it at the show, it sounded great, its a single channel 502 at a lot lower price and smaller. Felt like maybe 10lbs. Nick told me March, $750-800 street. BTW they had 5 or six of them floating around, in and out of the booth.
