New Gittler Basses!

Love the design, but looks incredibly uncomfortable to play.

It reminds me of Tesla cars. They are well designed, but out of the price range of most people who would buy them. From a manufacturing standpoint, they need to figure out how to cut their production costs to make them more accessible to a larger market.

It's way cool looking, but as I prefer short scales and am relatively poor, I'll probably never get one.

If I ever were to purchase one, I'd probably be chosing the fretted version though.

I like the futuristic style as well as steam punk and Sci-Fi in general, so would be right up my alley.

I've been looking at that picture for a solid 2 minutes trying to figure out what it has to do with glitter.

Yeah, misread it at first too, you could sprinkle some self-glueing glitter dust or spray on it to your wish I guess :p

Actual studies shows that the brain will adjust and perceive any already known word with the right letters in front and end and then the rest randomly spread as the word spelled normally, at first glance at least.
So it has nothing to do with dyslexia, but simply the way our brain perceive commonly known words, and as Gittler is not one of those, our brain naturally want it to be Glitter, which ends, starts and contain the same letters as in Gittler and is a comonly known word which Gittler is not.
As a matter of fact it might even be a sign that you are not a dyslexic and don't have to spell out each word to get them right.

Also, this must be the best Metal Bass out there.

the tone can be pretty much linked with your set up and the rest of your gear, strings and amp included
it is hard to tell just for the video.
for the price it is expected a "very good everything"

midi is other world if you know how to work with it (i don't), one can make drastic changes in the sound, trigger other instruments, working digitally on the computer.
it is probably what may make a big difference for this kind of instrument
