New GK 800 Legacy!

The backwards layout EQ tradition on GK should have died before it became established.
+1,000,000

I've been playing thru an MB800 for years, and I still find the reverse layout off-putting and a bit disorienting when taking a quick glance at my tone controls mid-gig.

I'm guessing what everyone wants (meaning ME!) is an amp that can get the 400rb and 800rb sounds AND other newer more modern GK tones. Some flexibility.

Do you all think this head will do it?
Not IMHO
It more of an evolution of the RB.
Thick with modern contours.

If you want more flexibility then wait for the PLEX head.

Are these replacing the MB amps or will they both stay in the GK lineup?
I was told the MB 800 Fusion will go away, and production on the MB 800 has already stopped. But not the MB200. I suspect the MB500 series will stop as well. Jason at GK said there are improvements in the power amp, so, the bigger wattage MB series will disappear, because of that, but there is no change in the little MB200, so it will stick around.
