New lemmy Sig From Marshall

Lemmy's new 100 watt head looks interesting-but even more interesting to me is the Marshall MB450H...From the research I did on the head-its 300 Watts @ 4 ohms(using 1 cab) and 450 watts @ 2 ohms(2 cabs). I did a price check on the head only and in dollars it was about 600.00 US. Marshall cabs are usually cheaper(ie, the 1x15 bass cab was 300.00 US). Marshall heads are fun-I'd love to try one of these out with a matching Marshall 412 cab and a 125 cab.... or use it with my Schroeder 410R and 212L Cabs...cooool idea...Peace...DAcat

What?

On the Marshall website, it says 100 watts.

but if it was a $600 all-tube head that could do 450 watts @ 2 ohms...:hyper:

I just told my buddy about this thread and his reply was:
"100 watts not loud! :D Stand in front of a 4x15 stack on 5. I dare anyone! :D"

Try front row at a Motorhead gig in a venue without PA's set up for them, loud? 100w smashing your face like a hammer!

Was listening to their new album today, his tone is to die for!

Is that the head that is black with white lettering? A little more "modern" looking than regular Marshall's? If it is then I saw one in a store a couple of weeks ago and they look sharp! They have 410 and 115 cabinets available in the same color scheme.
