I'm not sure how reliable you tubes video are given how much they compress the audio.
I've made and posted a number of videos to YT now, and honestly I'd be hard pressed to hear a difference between the uploaded, and compressed, video vs. the raw file I've got. Maybe my ears just aren't "audiophile" enough to notice, but I listen pretty intently, and any discrepancies, if they're present at all, are incredibly minor.
I'm also not playing those same sorts of audio tricks that @Derek Williams highlighted; that's some sneaky business! I try not to apply any post-production to the recordings, but if I do, it'll be equally applied to all sounds/tracks so as to keep any comparisons valid.
