I’d take one of these over the new Classic Vibes in a heartbeat .I wonder how they will compare to the Squier Classic Vibe.
You're wrong, they were selling like hot cakes.
The roasting process might lower the body weight a tad, but I’d still bet on it being heavier than alder and swamp ash. I’d bet it has killer tone though. Very attractive instrument.
Pitbull audio is selling the roasted hard maple or alder body???
SIRE-V5-4-ALD-NT, same price?
Which one is the lightest?
I would assume the Sire-USA site is correct and all the online retailers just cut ‘n paste a lot of info from other listings. There seems to be some confusion as to what material the body is, possibly based on preliminary info? Or then they really have two versions... Sire-USA website mentions Roasted Maple body but some online stores list it as Alder. EDIT: Seems pretty much everyone advertises alder. Maybe Sire-USA is the one that has an error on their website? Alder would seem the more likely anyway, it's just that I somehow expected their own site to have the best info![]()
