So what happened to the option of using the provided USB cable to connect the amp to a computer? Could it be they are updating that part of the tone print area?

That is darn nice of you. Maybe you could put up a "downloadable mp3 tone print sticky" if others run into this problem? That way you only have do all the work just once or others could add mp3 tone prints as well. Not trying to put you on the spot, just a thought.
Yeah, after cruising around the TC cite a bit I figured how to download the tone prints to a PC. It downloads as an .exe file then has to be opened. Not so bad really.
I tried this, and it opens and it doesn't connect, it states "now press the upload button". But there isnt one, on the screen or the amp. I have found a way to load them, some of the toneprints are hit or miss with respects to levels as well. Thanks for the offer to load the MP3's, I can probably find those if I need them.

I'll re-test with my BG250... if it works, I'll make some for the new amps.. Someone pick a couple TonePrints theyd like first. I'll get MP3s made and post them for download.

Put them on your phone, if it supports playing MP3 files. Turn your amp on, plug in your bass, no other pedals/effects to start with, turn your bass volume up, hold the phones speaker right by the pickup and play the sound. It will sound like an old fashioned modem tone for 2 seconds. I actually think that it is just a modem tone and that these amps have a software modem built into them and that's how they know what to do with the tone/noise.
Let me know how it works.. I think all these work for all the BH series, but I did record the BH800 tones from my iphone app.
I plugged a cable between my iphone headphone jack and the mic input of my computer. Recorded each tone, renamed it and uploaded it.
If they work, I'll try and record all of them over time.

Thanks Scott, I will give this a try tonight. We need to have a mod make this a sticky, I am sure there going to be more than a few people that could use this.

It didn't work. I tried it a few different ways, one playing the MP3 through my phone, then I tried playing it through the speakers on my computer, neither worked. There must be something more to it. Maybe someone else can try with and see if they can get it to work.
you put your phone right next to your bass pickups? Did you hear the squeals come through your bass amp speakers? To work, it definitely needs to be picked up by your pickup, go through the amp and come out the speakers. I'll have a little time tonight to try with my BG250 It seems many of the sounds and toneprints are the same.
No dice. Maybe the quality of my recording isn't good enough. I'll keep trying and post back if I can get a success.
I have been A B testing more, I am finding the GK, is just a better sound for me. Not that there is anything wrong with the TC Electronics BH heads, its just that I have grown to love the MB800, It just seems to have more presence, and that GK growl just can not be beat for me. Scott, thanks for all the help on getting the sound files up and running. Really appreciate you going out of your way and spending time on that, thank you.
Question for the TC users here, while we're on the subject:
Do their heads seem to have an exaggerated low end boost thing going on? I'm always finding that I need to CUT the bass knob significantly when playing through an 8x10 cab; otherwise, the boominess is unbearable. Am I just hearing things?

1. no the TC amps do not.
2. Which 810 are you talking about? The ampeg doesn't have much low end going on, you may be hearing the low mids.
