Keep that thought.My thoughts leave it, the bass will get other wear marks.
Best point thus far. ^^^^^It's your bass and your money, so your opinion is the only one that counts.
And you seem to really like the bass - minus that small blemish.
Keep in mind, there's no guarantee that you'd like the replacement better if you decided to return & exchange this bass.
Even though Yamaha basses tend to be VERY consistent, you'd still be rolling the dice.
