Well, this seems promising, and if the price is right....I just may get it. I would use it for delays and modulation, maybe synth stuff, if it will be any good. The M9 is kinda expensive for me atm....but if this is gonna be around 200....its a no brainer.=)
It's a good thing it isn't really out yet, cuz it might stop me from buying the DSI mopho kbd:hyper: (plus, i can see use with the mopho too)

I only wish it had a stereo input....

First time on here looking for some help. I had done my research and was going to get the B9.1UT. Then came the news about the B3. Now I am torn. My quesitons is.... The B3 says it has an Edit&Share software and the B9.1UT has a editor/librarian software. Is this one in the same? My first thought is that the B3 will allow you to share other user files that where the B9.1UT is limited to the MFG settings and whatever is in the library to choose from. Any help on this would be great. My second question is that the B9.1UT has 5.4 seconds loop were as the B3 says 40. Does anyone know if the 5.4 seconds max per loop with a max of 40 seconds or is it 40 seconds per loop?

Sorry so wordy my first time!
Thanks

Great news! I usually drop my B2 into the gig bag if I'm going to jams so could control the sound settings with unknown bass amps.

The amp simulations are nice for recording but for live situations it's seldom you could hear them. Anyway, a single stomp box that has tuner+ compressor + octaver + noise gate + some odd effects here and there is a very practical pedal rig. Having DI out even better.

I thought the reverbs and delays were the strengths of the B2. So they should be even better.

I don't see a vast difference between the reverbs/delays on my B1x and B2 (except additional control parameters on the latter) which was why I dropped the idea of getting a B2.1u recently. I like the delay/reverb options quite a bit as well, but I'd like a little more variety. The B3 does seem quite varied in this department - I count 13 delays and 8 reverbs in the manual - but I'm waiting for reviews before making a decision.

As far as I know the B3 has 40 sec loop time overall!

I've been using Zoom since the 9002 was released back in the day...

I have the G3, it is a great sounding, usable unit IMO. I hope they release a bigger version with at least 5 effect slots. The only downside for me is lack of a global noise gate and global EQ.

Given that I dig the G3, one look at the B3 manual's list of bass oriented effects makes this a must have for me...

I hope they start shipping soon :hyper:

Yes my only worry is the noise gate + compression and hey only one more effect left to have fun with. Or amp simulation/dist + compression + noise gate and hey no other effects to have fun with...

I really hope the presets handle multiple effect combination similar to the B2.

Meanwhile, I've had recently fun with an unused Boss ME-50 guitar multi-effect pedal in front of my bass rig...

+1. I'm really digging my G3, it's quite a bit of fun to program and sounds pretty damn good. I'll definitely be grabbing the B3 when it drops.
