You should probably just use "[email protected]", when I raised the issue with Samson they just directed me to that email address. That is also the one from which i got the above response I mentioned. And it is direct to the manufacturer; Samson only distributes in North America.

Got my B3 used, saved a $70. So far the presets are not useable. It is cool for the money, but it is not a Line 6 M9, which is what I was going to use it to replace.
FWIW, I don't use and have never used any of the B3 presets. I made my own and it is great.
Has anyone tried the Zoom B3 with other instruments? Specifically harmonica?

only the amp models and some overdrives and distortions are designed for bass (although that doesnt mean that you can't use them for guitar), most of the other effects are also available in the zoom G3. I use my guitar sometimes with the B3 and the chorus/delay/flanger etc. work just as nice.
