Oh, they can tell what the truth is. They are just too arrogant and unethical to care. They think the truth is for suckers.

Yep, and they're now back to #1 in the division and potentially #1 in the conference, with two home games left. Lots of injuries on the D side though.

Lifelong, born in the Bronx Giants’ fan here...

Eli has never been the Team Leader I hoped for.
He spent too much time with his head down, or blaming someone else for a dropped pass...though, to his enormous credit, not in front of a mic.

He’s had a Wonder of a career...still, he doesn’t belong in Canton.

Of course, the TWO SB rings will propel him along, and he Will go in...and I’ll smile n nod...and know that he was a good QB...not a Great QB...who was surrounded by some Great Offensive Linemen from Tackle to Tackle, and some Fine receivers... :thumbsup:

I thank him, and I wish him Only the Best.

As a fan, I’d love to shake his hand!

As a football fan, though, I see him more as a technician, and less as an artist.

Agreed - good, not great, and not deserving of the Canton busy he likely will get.

Of course, I think every sports HOF has standards too low.

Let's hear it for the Mississippi Moustache!!

Two TD throws by Gardner Minshew in the last 5:15 of the game put Jacksonville on top and defeated the Raiders in their last game in Oakland.

When you watch a game with an ex-Cougar QB, never leave before the end! There is no quit in that guy. I bet sales of stick-on moustaches immediately go up again in Jacksonville.

Close. The two MVPs says a lot, but an outfielder with 398 home runs and a .265 lifetime batting average, especially in the era he played, does not have the numbers in my eyes. Great player, but not immortal.
