I wouldn't begin to predict who's gonna win the AFC North. Could be any of them and it's likely to come down to the last week. They all have issues.
I will begin to predict… it will be the Baltimores.
AFC North:
Ravens
Browns
Bengals
Stillers.

The Stillers are a pathetic shadow of their former selves. Ben is immobile and the offensive line is awful.
The Browns and Bengals are almost there, but it’s hard to tell if the “good” teams will play game to game. I give the Browns the advantage because of the O-line and the D secondary, depending on who’s injured in any given week. The Cincinnatis O-line may put Burrow back on IR before the season is over.
As long as Jackson stays healthy, the division is the Ravens’ to win.

That's not really the point with Packer fans that are critical of AR. It's not 100% because he's unvaccinated. There are some who think as the team leader he should be vaccinated. That very well may be the case with some fans. But it's more because he lied, or at best deceived the reporters and public by saying he was immunized. He made it all about him. Most people would equate immunization with vaccination. Why lie about it? Just tell the truth. Be a man about it. He apparently didn't follow all the protocols for unvaccinated players, appearing in numerous press conferences without a mask, and apparently hosting an maskless Halloween party. That's the rules. That's what the players association agreed to. Again, more deception. He got COVID. He's made both the off-season and now the regular season all about him. I don't expect him to be in GB next year. And I don't care anymore.
Rodgers saying he was "immunized" is roughly akin to a child being asked if he did his homework, then answering "yes," knowing he only did some of his homework, then blaming the parent for not specifically asking if he did all of his homework.

Complaining about a "woke mob" and a "cancel culture casket" just makes it sound even more childish and irresponsible.

For those wondering just how good of an NFL QB Justin Fields can be, or how good of an NFL RB Khalil Herbert will be, I encourage you to tune in to the game tonight.
The Steelers defense won't have an answer for either player. The look on Keith Butler's face will be too embarrassing to show, so Mike Tomlin will be stuck having to show his confused look all night.
If you get a chance, take a look at Keith Butler when they flash to the Steelers sideline. Talk about a guy who has no clue. I don't think he was Tomlin's first choice to succeed LeBeau. I think the Rooney's made that call for Mike. As much as I get on Tomlin, much respect to him for working with what he was given.

I'd say that's a pretty good comparison. I used to respect him, but now regard him as a spoiled child. He's a great QB, but not much of a person. And that's from a 50-year Packers fan.

I've been a "student of the game" for around 50 years and a Bills fan almost as long. IMHO, championships are won and lost in the trenches where the real men battle it out without the fame and recognition that the more "skilled" positions get. The Bills offensive line was mediocre to start with, then went downhill due to injury. I see no superbowl in their future until this is corrected.

I liked your comment to respect your take on the Bills. I hope it's wrong but it looks right to me too even though I don't follow them as closely as you do.

Okay, no problem. I love football way more than DUI and COVID discussions. But, to your point. I watched both games (OAK/NYG & GBP/KCC). They were both terrible games. OAK looked like they were stuck in mud and made the NYG look fairly competent, which is a pretty hard thing to do.

Jordan Love is no Aaron Rodgers. Okay, I'll give him a chance as it was his first game. But GBs offense looked worse than the NY Jets against one of the worst D's in the league. As it pertains to the games on the field, that's tough to say. Both teams looked like crap and had some interesting news associated with them this week. Tough to say if it had an impact. I would guess yes, it did have an impact. I mean, Derek Carr wakes up Monday morning and finds a text from his teammate who would just a couple hours later would kill someone in a DUI. I pretty sure it would mess with your head. I mean, have you seen Derek Carr's haircut? It's pretty nuts right now.
Love gets to face the Seattle defense this coming week. Seattle hasn't stopped anybody with any horsepower just yet this season, and I doubt that they will be as tough for Love to deal with now that he's got a game under his belt even if they were better than they are.

The Browns are a different team now that they have jettisoned a distraction. I feel a whole lot better about their chances now than I did a couple weeks ago. The Ravens have a lead over them, but the Browns still play the Ravens twice. It's a quirk that the games are back to back. I don't recall that ever happening in the regular season before like that.

He's going to have to play like he did during the last 5 minutes of the game, not like he played for the other 55 minutes.

I keep waiting for the game where Jamaal Adams comes back to the player he was when he earned the extension just a couple months ago. When he does, look out.

The Browns have their bye between the two games against the Ravens and the Ravens have the Stillers between the games, so not truest back to back games.
I like Mayfield now that Beckham is gone too.

Dear lord, we're calling people scumbags and comparing not getting a vaccine to criminal behavior like dog fighting and beating women? How hysterical, sensational, overreacting and ridiculous can you possibly be?
I was told this wasn't the covid 19 thread, but people can carry on about Rogers and his vaccine drama for a whole page? And he did all this for attention? Funny, I didn't even know about it except for the people talking about it in this thread. I guess we can go on and on and on about how we view Rogers and his stance on vaccines in this thread,.......as long as it's the -hysterical, non-scientific, bash everyone who doesn't want/need to be vaccinated- side of the discussion? Is that how the rules work in the "football" thread? How about we delete all the vaccine and "scumbag" talk, or at least take it to the COVID thread. Or, is that just for the people that have no problem with Rogers' vaccine decisions?

ABC/ESPN has no end to their Rodgers "shaming." But for Henry Ruggs, whose actions led directly to the death of someone, no such level of shaming.

Here's Colin Cowherd's unique personal take on the matter, one that doesn't mimic all of the ESPN commentators:

Matt Canada has to go.
Third and two and he calls for that janky pass behind the line?
Their very first pick in the draft 2021 was a running back because they needed to get their running game together. First and goal pass. Second goal pass. Third and goal empty backfield pass.
Dumb.
