NFL Week 11

Actually, the season hasn't gone too bad considering where the Packers were starting from.

O-Line is coming on...LB corps is looking like a group of headhunters, and Favre is still playing at a high level (hmmm...I guess the ESPN morons were right...he should have retired).

So, really...most of the time (especially three out of the last four), the current week is so good that all us "Packer guys" can't wait for the new one.

Wrong! Expectations have been so low this year, I'm actually pleased with the way the season is going thusfar. Not exstatic, but hey...we're just past the midway piont and we've won as many games as all of last year. I think we've got a great young team that's only gonna get better.

I'm getting ready for what will probably be one of the best games of the year : Denver Vs. San Diego! I've got my Plummer Jersey ready and the deer meat is soaking in the marinade for dinner tomarrow! Win or lose, I have the feeling that my Broncos are gonna put up a hell of a fight.

GO BRONCOS

It's been a while since a game tied my stomach into knots like this one. Beating the Brownies is always extra sweet.

I was listening to it on the NFL Network, then they cut away to do some highlights of the other morning games.

By the time I got to ESPN.com, and pulled up the scoreboard, Willie had scored. What was the play like? I see that it was a four yard pass.

Yes, my stomach was in knots as well as I listened to the last two minutes of that game.

Take that Mr. Tom Brady!

(These used to be good, actually they're getting pretty lame IMHO)

I liked it, not only did it combine one of my favorite movies with one of my favorite TV shows.

Too bad the big foot landed on Favre instead of Brady.

I was surprised when the Pats lost last week as they hadn't dropped 2 in a row in while. Glad they didn't go to 3 in a row. The Jets are real - they flat out beat the Pats last week and played the Bears pretty hard this week - I wouldn't want to face them down the stretch.
