The Dolphins win their 4th straight! Has a team ever come back from 1-6 and made the playoffs? They basically have to win every game until the end of the season, end 10-6, and hope for a wildcard place.

The Steelers are in the same boat, but they did not start 1-6. Pittsburghs best chances of making the playoffs is to win their division. Every team ahead of them in the AFC Wild Card race has beat Pittsburgh, except KC.
I don't know Miami's remaining schedule, but it looks like you have a chance to win your division based on the standings.

Denver KC and Jacksonville all stand a good chance of picking up a wildcard spot. Ideally, yeah, Miami and Pittsburgh need to win their division. Basically, Baltimore and New England need to start losing fast! There's still hope for both teams I guess.

It's the difference between a speed rusher and an all around DE... it seems like teams are figuring out how to slow down the speed rushers these days. Freeney's good, but he's not a monster. Big beefy DE's are hard to come by, I guess that's why the Texans took the chance on Mario Williams... he certainly has the size and the ability... and the size to be a premium DE is rare.

Everything you said is true about the Indy D. It was really coming together last year and then...WHAM, It's all gone. Oh well, that's the NFL!
The word on Corey Simon is really not known. The Colts cut him from the payroll by putting him on the Non-Football Illness/Injury list saying he had a "non-football injury"
Simon and his agent said they don't know what the Colts are talking about. Some reports say that he is suffering from polyarthritus but there is no proof. Eh, it sucks no matter what. We really miss Simon. 
I hope he gets well soon.To all the true Colts fans out there in Indy you know what Duke Tomato has to say..."Lord help our Colts!"
On a side note, it looks like Jake Plummer's career just went down the crapper tonight. Jay Cutler will more than likely get the starting spot against the Seahawks.

No, it definately isn't Jake's fault. However, he gets the blame no matter what. What really cost Denver the game was a defense that looked confused and poor offensive line play. Both of which are not under Jake's control.
Half of the Denver fans have been crying for Cutler since they picked him up. I'm sure more of them want him now. Denver fans always forget about all those years when Elway and the Broncos weren't so hot.

Sorry to rip on you Denver fans Page. It just really bugs me how Jake is being treated up there.
I think the easiest way for the Donkeys not to make the playoffs in to put in Jay Cutler. I think everyone forgets that the last time he took a snap in a real game, he was playing at Vanderbilt, which doesn't run offense anything like Denver's.
