NFL Week #13

No, not at all. Though the commentary did point out numerous times that the Pats D, is in fact, last the league from a statistical standpoint in most areas.


They looked pretty damn good Monday though, didn't they? As if maybe the head coach got involved with the defensive play calling....

Not being sarcastic here, but, isn't it fairly safe to think that he's been involved in the defensive play calling all season? That is still part of his job as head coach, not just to make sure the offense is producing. No matter how you slice it though, the Pats defense and offense was much better than the Jets that game.

I personally think the Jets should've pounded it out on the ground more. The running game was working for them. It would've eaten up the clock and kept the ball out of Brady' and companies hands and possibly kept the score a lot closer.

Yea they got behind waay to quickly to rely on just pounding the ball on the ground. Sanchez said that himself. Not many teams are going to just run the ball when they're down by three scores after 1 quarter.
