Yea. Not to say that the Jets are pushovers or anything of the such, but i would rather play them than Peyton Manning or the Ravens (with the Chiefs being a little bit of an enigma, and possibly last years Bengals)

Jets fans should be happy, but also a bit nervous on some coaching decisions. 3rd and 5; they go for a 40 yard bomb and miss????? Luckily they had the running into the kicker penalty, but still - that was a bonehead call, especially on the shoulders of a sloppy Sanchez.

Not as excited for today's games personally. I am happy for the progress of Matt Cassell. Also, would love for the Chiefs to shut the big fat mouth of Suggs. :smug:

I still have most of the Seahawks game and I think all of the Jets/Colts game (I haven't watched it yet) on DVR. Knowing how that works, it's probably missing the last ten minutes of the game, though (I just checked - the last 39 seconds are cut off - which includes the game winning kick - figures). If I could figure out how, I'd broadcast it for you.

I missed the last half of the Seahawks game and the entire NY/Indy game because of a 7-11 gig. That said, as a Colts fan I gotta say that if you kick a go ahead field goal with under a minute left and can't manage to hold the Jets out of range, you've got no on eto blame but yourself. That kickoff runback after the FG was a special teams disaster.

The Saints... what can you say? They let Hasselhoff put up 41 points on them and didn't deserve to win. Their defense looked BAD. They have some holes to fix in the offseason.

Looking forward tot he GB/Philly game!

Wow... what a Saturday! It's a pretty good feeling watching exciting games where you don't really care who wins.

During the NO/SEA game I couldn't help but root for the Hawks and Hasselbeck. That Lynch run was probably the single most determined piece of running I have ever seen real-time. Unbelievable!

Being a Pats fan, on one hand I would have like to see the Jets get pounded and sent home... on the other hand it will be good to get them next week instead of Baltimore for the first round. I personally don't see how the Jets can make up 42 points especially with Sanchez' poor outing yesterday. The win was probably more attributed to the match-up of the Jets pass rush against the Colts O-Line and the absence of Manning's trusty receivers.

For today, I'd love to see KC get one over BAL, then the Packers take Philly out. Isn't the NFL great!

Unlike the Colts, the Pats have in all probablilty the NFL's best OL. They'll give up the odd sack here and there, but most of the time Brady has all day to find his receivers and make the play. Now I love Brady and all that, but I think the OL is the best thing the Pats have going for them. They'll keep the Jetz DL at bay, while Brady and the boys rip the Jetz secondary to shreds!

It's like I've always said: why is baseball called America's Pastime? Because it's there just to pass the time between NFL seasons! ;)

Indy's special teams didn't look too good all night. It seemed like every time the Jets got the ball, they'd start around their own 40, but the Jets offense isn't quite as bad as people make them out to be.

Manning only threw for 36 more yards than Sanchez and averaged 2.6 yards more per completion than Sanchez did. Based on the game stats, it's not outrageous to think the Jets could've driven the ball to within field goal range even if it was a touchback, in that amount of time.

You make it sound like it should be a piece of cake to keep the Jets from getting in field goal range. If it shouldn't have been that hard to keep the Jets out of range, (which is what you implied) then why didn't Indy keep them out of range after the return? The Jets, despite the return, still wound up in their own territory and out of Folks range. :D;)

Up until the Lynch touchdown, I was convinced the Saints would win. So much for TWO DAT time.

Each Saints defensive player should be forced to watch that Lynch touchdown every morning from now until the opening regular season kickoff next year. Terrible impersonation of an NFL defense on that play.
