Texans are getting diced to pieces by the Rookie and #3 QB

but I'm sure all the haters are convinced that somebody somehow in some way is cheating ...

This makes me happy. I wouldn't mind the Patriots if snivel master Brady disappeared.

Seems like the Pats could win even with the likes of Cutler

Let's not get crazy now. Nobody can win with that demoralizing turnover machine.

Tonight's episode of 'how to play NFL football' was brought to you by the New England Patriots.
Wow, what a complete and thorough thrashing of the Texans.

amazing what talent and an unimaginable amount of prep can bring to your game

His appearance tonight is very reminiscent of a rookie Brady stepping in when Drew Bledsoe went down. What a season that was, and turned a franchise from being on par with Tampa into the powerhouse it is today

    That was impressive.

Brissett's 11 for 19 and 103 yards in the air may not sound like much, but the 27 yard carry to the house (the longest franchise QB run for a TD since 1976...are you kidding me?) and no turnovers makes it a solid performance by any standard.

And the defense shut out a pretty good Texans offense.

    For posterity:

I for one was not surprised at all how well Brissett played. Although he did play better in the first half. He looked a little shaky in the second half.
That's OK though. The Patriots defense played stronger and stronger as the game went on, no doubt inspired to hold on to that shutout and carry the rookie to victory.

Someone disagrees with you. The Hoodie would slap the mope outta Cutler in a week.

I have an honest question here. Of all the players the Pats have let go or traded, I don't recall seeing any of them bashing Bill B. Am I missing someone, somewhere? If I'm not, I've never heard of this happening, where no former player rips his ex-coach for something.

Brissett probably just came out of the shock of the first half, realized where he was, and then got the butterflies. Or, more likely, the Texans staff saw some things on the tape and made their adjustments.

That's not any kind of nod to the hoodie, it's what any smart player would do having to audition for work elsewhere.

Even after they've signed somewhere else? Seems like a lot of guys have sour grapes when they are on a new team.

Down to third string QB, defensive star out of the game, Gronk not himself at all. Handed a team their first shut out since like 2003.

    Y'all worried yet?

As a Browns fan, I rarely worry about other teams. I've got enough on my plate.

Houston got shutout in the wildcard game last year too

Browns face Brady his first week back...ouch

Pats punter was awesome, like 6 punts inside the 20.

Browns face Pats. Nothing in life or football (what am I saying?!?) is certain.
