NFL Week #3

Yes, hapless. The Browns are a very hapless NFL football playing team. Of course I wasn't able to watch the game because the local CBS affiliate thought I'd prefer to see the Bengals lose at home than the Browns lose away.

I did not prefer it. Not even a little.
As far as I'm concerned, the Bengals are still just the fake Browns from a city south of Columbus.

No, and the Browns are hapless. When their luck turns, they will be lights out. Maybe.

Russell Wilson has two bad wheels now, not just one.

I think my Dolphins might actually be worse. Although they won, it was only in OT at home after Cleveland's brand new kicker (signed this week off the street) missed 3 field goals and the Browns were forced to use a QB combo of Kessler and Pryor. If that's what it takes for Miami to win, they're looking at 1-15.

The Phins are competing with your fellow sunshine staters, the Jags for the stinks on ice trophy. The Bucks aren't much better but at least they're playing in the posterior of the NFL NFC South.
Man, what has happened to the Carolinas?

Sprained MCL they are saying. This years-old strategy of putting together a makeshift O-line of guys who eventually succeed in being sorta ok due to over-achievement I think has just bit the Seahawks where it hurts most. The Jimmy Graham trade was just plain dumb. 88 is a good player for sure but also had the perfect system for him in New Orleans and Wilson needed a better line more than he needed Graham. Decent TEs work ok in Seattle's scheme. A superstar is not necessary.
