At my company, we do a Fantasy NHL league in ESPN each Fall / Winter that is simple, however they still don't have a smartphone app for hockey, but apparently they do for MLB, NFL, etc....

Anyone have any thoughts on that, as I am still a novice fantasy league guy?

Looking forward to real hockey!

I had both Kane's in my pool last year and will hope to snatch Evander again.

I look forward to the NHL fantasy draft. Dudes hanging out the man cave, talking hockey, drinking beer and smoking cigars.

I am psyched my wife lost interest in ice hockey years ago....

Pittsburgh hires former UNH goalie Mike Buckley to coach up goalie prospects throughout the organization. He is going to be busy for a few years. Cool story about a local guy making it back to the NHL.

We only play the Habs four times this season, and the first regular season meeting isn't until December 5th.

Based on the Broons schedule, here's how the new alignment affects how many games each team in the Eastern Conference plays:

Teams within your division: either 4x or 5x; I'm not sure how that is determined. The B's play Buffalo and Florida 5x and the remaining five teams 4x.
Teams in the other division in your conference: 3x
All teams in the other Conference: 2x, one home, one away.

The schedule structure for the Western Conference is likely a bit more complicated since they net fewer games within their conference. Obviously, they will play each EC team 2x, so likely they'll have more division games than the EC - all but one of your division opponents 5x and one 4x.
