It wasn't legal imo. After seeing that replay it was definitely charging. Also, two years ago wasn't there a rule added saying if you come on a player's blind-side you shall not hit at 100%?
Anyways, the league and refs seem to have forgotten what charging is, not just in this case but overall, it's never called.

. When Bank of America took over Fleet and dropped the naming rights. Toronto Dominion Bank took over and named it the TD Garden. Since people still called it the Garden or the New Garden even when it was officially the FleetCenter (which was also the name of their two office buildings in Providence and Boston), the change back to something with "Garden" in it was greatly appreciated here. Canadians are not only excellent hockey players but they are pretty savvy bankers as well.
