Every one in the East is glad Kadri is in the West. Only Leaf who you did not want to play against. So three years in a row, Leafs lose to a bigger heavier team in the playoffs, and every year, Du(m)bas(s) decides to get smaller and lighter.
Yeah but Kadri missed half the playoffs the last two years to suspension. Not much of a benefit
Not to turn this into a social or political slant, but if that's the case do the Finnish police only pull over rich folks? Why waste time pulling over a fifteen-yr-old rust bucket...concentrate on those Mercede$ and Range Rover$ instead! New cruisers for everyone!

Exactly. I've heard of european countries fining motorists this way, but it always seemed that the nicer cars would be more heavily targeted for the higher revenue.
Let's stay focused on the NHL.

Time for Rutherford to find a replacement for Cullen. He did a fine job replacing Guerin when he arrived in Pittsburgh, so hopefully he gets it right again.

Teddy Bluegar was signed for cheap, and I bet he'll take Cullens 4C position.
Surprisingly there is some noise being made questioning this choice. I think he'll do fine, but let's be honest, he's got a tough road ahead to match what George McPhee did in Vegas. McPhee's brilliant strategy and moves took everybody by surprise...I don't imagine anybody catching lightning in a bottle twice.
Yeah, I read it as nothing more than an exchange to jump-start a couple of has-beens...although I do think Neal has much more upside and more left in the tank than Lucic.
Neal's problems have always been between his ears...he has the proven talent to score 30+ goals in this league but unfortunately he also lets every little thing take him off his game. Ends up taking one stupid retaliation penalty after another and is sitting in the box instead of being on the ice for what should have been a power play opportunity for his side. A guy with his skill set should not be going to his 6th team in 12 years.
