Chicago tried to keep up with Vegas but lost in OT to drop 0 -- 2 in the series.
VGK is definitely the better team with a lot more depth.

Two playoff games in less than 24 hours.
These schedules are wild.
I s'pose they're trying to keep the playoffs from interfering with the start of next season.??
Yes, that is the plan. But all these overtime games make for a lot of crammed together play in a short time. I can't keep track of all the teams start times, but, (though there was no overtime) the Stars/Flames played 10:30 last night, 10:30 tonight and then again 1:00pm Sunday.

All kidding aside, these certainly are some strange circumstances. Being out west, starting times for watching east coast games is 4:30pm locally. Yesterday I get home from work only to tune in and realize I'd already missed one game completely and half of another one. By the time I get used to these early start times, the playoffs will be over.

I don't have any trouble staying up for the late ones, cause I'm awake all night anyway.
Now that my Leafs have done their usual end of season "thing", I have started my seasonal watch for tight, third period games and over-time. She who shall be obeyed, is not really a hockey fan, but will tolerate my misguided Leaf obsession.We both do however enjoy over-time.
It's been really fun to watch as the games have been great and the players are giving their all... sure beats not having hockey! (Oh wait, technically I don't as a Leaf fan!)

Getting beat sucks. Getting goose-egged 5-0 just makes you wonder what the hell happened to the Flyers focus... and hell, their pride! No excuse for that one.

Colorado took the second game also. Anyone watch that? Look on paper like the Yotes out played them.Did look like Burakovsky had 4x6 to shoot at on the last one
Caps are lookin' kinda weak. Wonder if the opposing team's coach has anything to do with that.....
