NHL Season 2023-24

Tell me 'bout it! Bally Sports Sun and Bally Sports Florida(Lightning/Rays)and(Panthers/Marlins)and Comcast have the same [stuff] here in S.E FL. The cable/internet is already too ____ing expensive and then I'd hafta add streaming or, now that regular season hockey is over, MLB Extra Innings for more $$$. And I'm not certain I'd get the Rays/Marlins games anyway 'cos their disclaimer says "subject to blackout in local areas". Aaaarrrggh!

I feel your pain, brother. Everything was fine until Bally bought Fox 50 Detroit a couple years ago. Now it's a "premium" station and I had to upgrade my cable service to receive it. Now they're feuding with Comcast and the loser is me and all the other Wings, Pistons and Tigers fans. Damn them and their stupid casinos too.

I am hoping that the Oilers have come to realize that they are in the Stanley Cup Finals and they need to get their collect poop together!
They looked like a team that hadn't played for a while on Saturday night.
Hoping for a better result tonight, or this series is going to end quickly!

Yeah, they were FoxSports(whatever) 'til Bally bought them. At first it went OK-they weren't 'Premium' here, but with no warning, I turned to those channels only to see their message and 'claiming' it was all Bally's fault. Yet my family, who are on Spectrum, still get the Bally feed out of Tampa/St. Pete. Where I live, I only can get Comcast. At least they lowered my bill a whopping $10/month. Big _____ deal. Any other source I might have for Rays/Marlins games would cost a LOT more. And, again, local market rules.:banghead:
And who knows what's gonna happen by hockey season opening.

Comcast has a feud with Altitude Sports in Colorado as well. Starting to see a pattern...

Yeah, if the Oilers can't get a split (i.e. win some road games) there's not much hope.
Maybe they need a magic wand to solve Bob

If the oilers had lost the game based on the couple of mistakes that they made I would be fine with that. But the application of the rules in the NHL is so ridiculously inconsistent. It was the reason that I quit watching a decade ago and its the reason I'm going to quit watching again.
