NHL Season 2025-26

Not sure why they scheduled an Avs game on Friday afternoon. But it was a good game and fun to watch. And no need to watch one and keep up with the World Series and the Thunder.
Sharks beat the Avs in OT. So much fun to see it in person.
At least my Avs got one point out of it.
I'm enjoying the Wings start this year!
Happy to be seeing the younger players rock.
But, we don't need to talk about yesterday's game.
Tomorrow in San Jose should be fun, hopefully Misa plays. I'm a Saginaw Spirit fan and he was great fun to watch in the OHL. Hopefully he has a good game. But not a great one

Tough one for the Sharks, but they pushed it to the shootout. Kurashev damn near near got San Jose the second point. Still, that's three top teams in a row the Sharks have stood toe-to-toe with in the last three games. 5 out of 6 points is strong. Also, great to see Dickenson get his first goal -- and the fact he played suggests they're keeping him on the squad. Hopefully they'll do the same with Misa.
Stupid Penguins.
Seemed like they were on their way to a nice bounce back from the Winnipeg loss, as they took a 3-0 lead in Toronto. Then the Penguins of the past few years showed up and watched the Leafs score four unanswered goals to send the flightless birds home with an L. Savor that sweet victory, @Fishheadjoe

I was watching football but saw them up 3-0 to start the 3rd and then saw they lost in regulation. LOL. Same old Pens.Stupid Penguins.

The wings seemed a bit slow against Vegas last night. They couldn't afford to be at less than %100 against Marner and Eichal. Hopefully a couple days off and being beck at home will put some pace back in their stride. Hopefully Kane will be back to make the power play him again too.
The Sharks blew out the Kraken 6-1. That's got to be the best 60 minute game the Sharks have played so far.
Ovechkin finally gets goal #900, a slick backhander. St Louis goalie Binnington tries to keep the puck by shoving it inside his pants. The linesman had to come over and make him return the puck. I've said it before and I'm sure I'll say it again...that guy is such a blanking tool.
