Nipples Showing at the Office

I'm a Paralegal at a female owned law firm. I'm the only male there among 5 female attorneys.

My boss comes out to chat with me about an important motion we are under deadline to file. Now this is a very important document, 20 pages long, accompanied by declarations and such, so details are important and need to be discussed.

Now, it seems to me that women tend to run a bit hotter than men, and they usually have the A/C on to a temperature colder than I would like. I don't know if she is wearing a bra, but her nipples are on full alert, where you could dial a rotary phone with them. We are discussing the case, and it is virtually impossible to not look, but I'm trying and telling myself over and over to not look, while still trying to soak up case details. Meanwhile, my mind is drifting toward sex and what she might look like naked.

Then second main attorney comes over to conference about it as well, and hers are also at a 10. Now I got 2 sets staring right at me, but I'm doing my best to stay professional. Seriously, what a sight. I have the image of their 4 nipples etched in my mind right now.

It seems to me that they are either oblivious to it, just don't care, or perhaps feel they don't have to do anything at all. I don't really need to bring it up, it's just very awkward, that's all. I mean, I wear an undershirt under my dress shirts to prevent that.

Plain and simple, you are being sexually harassed. File a lawsuit.

not sure if serious thread or pointedly trolling ... let's try serious.

It's not them, it's you.

Many of the bra's on the market today are designed for comfort and as a consequence are lighter weight and shape more rather then hide.

Sexuality is perception and in today's (well, and yesterdays) society it has become the norm that women's breasts are to be hidden except in 'private situations'. Both sexes have breasts, I've seen men with bigger breasts then women and women with barely a muscle bump. It's not that there is anything overtly sexual about it, it's just that society has taught it to you. They are not any more sexual then any other part of the body, it's all in how you perceive it. If you feel any attraction at all to another person, the objectification becomes more likely, no matter which part of the body you are looking at. It's up to you to act appropriately.

However, if they wore loose tops, leaned way over so that everything was exposed in open top glory, I'd say you had cause for questioning the situation.

They're just nipples, everyone has them. Consider it job perkies. ;)

I loved that scene.

Yup. Cougars asserting dominance in their pride. You the prey. I fail to see how this could go badly in any way. Unless you don't like nip nips.
In which case...

SMACK upside the head.

(joking, btw...chew some ice)

That's the most beautiful story I have ever heard in my life. W..er... Were they silk blouses? :bawl:

^^this.

Put another way, if you had a "thing" for manual stimulation, it would NOT be reasonable of you to expect your bosses to wear mittens to work, just to deny you visual access to something that you fantasize about, right?

Lighten up, maintain scrupulous eye-contact, and feel free to stand up when they walk in the room. It's the gentlemanly thing to do. Ha!

It's definitely distracting. I work at a call center with about 600 employees probably 450 women. Spring and Summer bring all sorts of revealing outfits. Policy is that they should be sent home but it's rarely enforced. No one seems to ever to go to HR either but I digress! It can be considered sexual harrassment.

If it was me.....knowing the way that I am, I would mention it to them. They will either apologize or say they knew what they were doing. Your call after that!

I think the only appropriate response would involve a zucchinni wrapped in tin foil...

But seriously, as others have said, this may not be a sexual display thing at all, and may just be a result of their accepted work attire/support garments/body chemistry.

It's a pass. Multniple passes by multniple bosses. They can see each other's nipples from across the room. They should say something to each other and discretely check their own nipples.

When they stand and look down at papers, they have to be aware that their girls are waving. They have to feel their chemises rubbing against them. This is nonsense what they are doing here, feigning to be oblivious.

Multniple passes by multniple bosses.
