No worries!!I had to do a double take. Looked like you were throwing out the orange Gretsch. Please don't.
These are so stupidly cool, and the sound is outrageousI'll take the opportunity to post my Serek Midwestern.
It's inspired on a classic design, but I forget what it is:

I'm not sure but it looks like a Duesenberg.
Yes, my understanding is since they switched to the rounded end pickups around 2017/2018 that all cumbustion and ng basses are routed the same. Makes sense really. Because by doing so they can do all the pickups configurations from the ng2 which is bridge and middle to the spread out 2 pickup combustion standard or three pickups. The only difference between all those models are paint and electronics. The standard combustion has an EMG eq, the ng has the darkglass tone capsule. It's also cool because a lot of people experiment and move pickups around and all doing so really requires is a screw driver and a new pickgaurdWoah, woah.. am I seeing that right? Is there a routing for a 3rd pickup position on that thing?(closer to the neck?) or was it custom? what's goin on there?
Thanks,
T$
That sounds great on paper, I always disliked the tiny body on most of those violin Basses60's Jason Lyrebird. Bought in the early 70's and still with me today. The body is rather larger than a Hofner and it has a glorious, tubby sound.

Yep, played it for a few hours today. And looks really great on the wall too. Both pickups and the tone dimed it buzzes like an old Ric, tone off and neck pup high it sounds close to a P. Looks awesome, light-ish. Chrome accents. And this:Oh these are ABSOLUTELY classic
