Hmmm...

- At 41, I feel 20 years older than I am
- While driving, I only listen to talk radio because ALL modern music is crap
- Playing a DB sounds more appealing than BG anymore
- Dread the impending doom of the first prostate exam :hmm:
- Wear tie dye shirts to gigs and restaurants
- I don't even give a damn if I get a number in this club or not

Oh well... Old is "the new young" anyway. Hey, I'm cooler than I thought :D.

I'm only 17 but I feel like I may as well be middle aged.

-I listen to the good metal from the 80s.
-I listen to the better modern bands.
-I HATE emo/indie (both culture and music).
-I often end up yelling "get off the stage" to the next emo/indie/pop band clone that jumps on stage.
-I am scared of this generation and the ones to come.
-I HATE most teenagers these days.
-I like and get on well with people in their 20s+.
-I often mutter obscene words/threats under my breath.

Can I get a number?

I'm 62 and still play my p bass I bought in 69.I gig regularly but having problems remembering which room I'm booked in or what band I'm playing with. You can give me a number but will have to remind me every once in a whle what it is.
My favorite saying is" I won't be happy till can I kill again"That keeps the idoits away at bars and should qualify me as a grumpy basstard

I can't read the dials on my amp on a dimly lit stage without reading glasses. My back and neck hurt after playing. One of the guitar players in my band is younger than my kids.
Last week we played a cancer benefit show with a few other bands. I was talking with some of the guys in the band that went on after us. They go to the same college where my youngest daughter goes :rollno:

And, no I don't want a damn number. :spit:

;)
