The H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society has two albums where they play the traditional tunes, but with lyrics altered to be about Chthulhu etc. Entertaining, because you can put it on and people don’t often notice the difference for a while.

I've found the absolute crowd favorite over the years around here has been the traditional Jingle Bell Rock. Oddly enough, it's the song that got me interested in bass when I first heard it in the late '50s.

Breaking your rules............. one song of two is a standard but sung is such a strange manner that the song takes on a whole different way.



This one is my all time favorite Xmas song and it is way off the norm! Fantastic video with the song. Let's just call the song a "low class Texas kind of Christmas".
