Official 2015 NHL Playoffs Thread

So far, the best 6 games of any series I can remember...and I go a ways back.

The Caps are sure putting the Rangers on the ropes like no other team this season.

They are good.

I can't help but reiterate the thought that a healthy Zuccs in the line up would be making a huge difference.

First game I ever watched was Flames v Wild. Iggy ran from one end to the other, stole the puck, end to end and scored. My mind was made up instantly.

I've got a ton of Flames jerseys and even a few Atlanta Flames jerseys.

how's this... I'm old enough to remember when the AHL merged...and my favorite 'new' team was the Minnesota North Stars...(very cool logo and a defenceman named Walter Tkaczuk...later, my favorite Ranger! #18) They went and turned into the Dallas Stars, and Minnesota was left without an NHL team...IN FAVOR OF F#$%^&G DALLAS???!!! I'm happy to be a fan of The Wild...GREAT name! There's not a single team in the NHL that I can work up any bile for. These guys are the best athletes in the world...and you NEVER read stories about NHL players shooting themselves in the thigh at da strip club at 4am...ever. Baseball is the most beautiful game...IMHO...but hockey is the most exciting...
As has been offered...Ain't nuthin like a GAME 7!!! (I might have to take Wed. off from school!!!)

Never been happier to see the Ducks win. Bye bye Flames!

I don't have a general hatred over the Flames. Just during the playoffs. Come next season, I probably will not care.

Ducks-Hawks...this will be an interesting series. As a Kings/Canucks fan, I hate both teams because of the rivalry each team has agaisnt my teams, but alas....I felt this way in 2013 between CHI-BOS Cup Final.

Hawks over the Ducks in 7. It's gonna be a gruelling series. Ducks are a big team but the Hawks have someone named Kane and Toews. If Crawford can shut down Perry, Getzlaf, and Kesler, to name a few, Chicago's got this. Vice versa, if the Ducks can shut down the Hawks' top four lines, they'll be through to the next round.

Sharp is on the third line with Richards, I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong. That is some deep depth they got. Insane. Obviously Richards isn't gonna stay in Chicago after the playoffs because they can't afford him, but boy, he's a great playoff rental for sure.

Hoping for the Rangers to overcome a 3-1 deficit!
