Thought I'd get a decent picture of my Bassculture+Jazz ATK up after nearly a year now... well I say decent it's passable and all the other shot's were well blurry, might try get some taken at some point.

By the way, if anyone can give me some suggestions of stuff to play then I'll get some DI samples going. Was gonna do some mellow motown fingerstyle stuff, some aggressive funk stuff and some classic rock and summet heavier from the rock side of things pickstyle.

No real suggestions for you, but I look forward to any samples you make.

In other news, lately I've been playing my ATK305 more than my 300's. I must be going through a phase.:smug:

Hi all, I'm a new owner of an ATK700. It's pretty danged awesome!!!

Can someone direct me to to a coil selector diagram for the 700? I searched and found the one for the 750, but can't find one for the 700.
I thought it was straight foreword neck/dual/bridge but it seems I was WAY off bass...(pun intended).

Any help will be appreciated, I posted this on the Ibanez forum as well but no one is jumping on it.

Its 1. Single coil w/ high cut
2. Single coil w/ highs boosted
3. Humbucking (both coils)

Some people turn the pup 180 degrees in the bridge so that the single coil will be closer to the bridge when the switch is on 1 or 2.

I think you are thinking of the 750.

The 700 just has the humbucker.

I agree that not being able to run the neck pup and the humbucker on full seems like a wasted opportunity on the 750. If I ever swap out my pre, that's going to be there along with a passive option.

Still, I grab my 700 more than the 750. My 700 has a feel that just seems right.

I haven't done it yet, but I plan on it.

If you google around the internet on ATK's, there is an page that someone did explaining the different tone and flipping the pup. I would try to find it for you, but I'm on my phone.
