Official Barefaced Bass Cab Club

Another question:
Since my ne Super Midget is the smallest and lightest cab I own, this will be the one that I will bring to the small and light gigs. When my one10 had that job, I had a $20 cajon bag with a shoulder strap where the one10 and a small class D head fitted in. It offered a bit of protection against scratching the surfaces and made transportation a lot easier.

Does anyone have a recommendation about a bag with shoulder strap that will hold the SM ?

I tried a bag for a while, it was a cajon bag, but I didn't like it. SO I ordered a cover from Roqsolid covers, they make or used to make the covers for Barefaced. You will not get the Barefaced logo if you order direct from Roqsolid (you have to order from Barefaced to get the logo), but I think they do have an option for a case with a shoulder strap, and can probably make one that would fit the SM exactly since they have the template. Mine is just a plain cover, but it has a flap that velcros around the bottom to protect the bottom of the cab.

Actually, as a cover for my SC, I chose a cover of the cheapest brand I could find (Palmer), so when it is sitting around backstage and unguarded, the sticky fingers of opportunists don't get too itchy.
My covers shall cover my cabs. They don't need to yell the brand of what's in there into the world.

The Roqsolid do offer a Cajon style bag for the SM, as well as a shoulder strap option. Including shipping to Germany, the total price is a bit over the top for my taste (€80+), though.

If anyone is looking for a Two 10 cover I am about to list one in the classifieds but I thought I would give the group first crack at it. Pm me if you are interested. Would like to get $60 shipped CONUS if possible. It has been folded in a closet ever since I got it so I thought I would pass it along to someone who may use it instead.

The cover is sold
Doh. I would've jumped on that if I'd have seen that earlier.

Which pro poweramp and preamp for those cabs ? I need quiet, no buzz/hiss/whateva rig which don't colour sound, quite light at least 500w per channel and 1000 w mono. And all with rackmount option (or at least with rackmount ears). The pro in sound, quality, etc. is the key of course not the highest possible - I don't wanna pay for options which will be useless like was in my Ampeg SVT4PRO in the past. Just basic, usefull options without fancy shmancy sliders, switches, knobs, etc. Simple poweramp for mono and stereo and preamp which have all usefull options (it's nice when it have HPF but rather no compression and that kind of stuff. At least 3 band eq - choosing center frequency will be perfect and that's probably enough for my needs. Simple but still pro in mind ;) Thanks !

I just started using this beast for running my PA based round two BB2 cabs. I'm pretty satisfied.
Behringer iNuke NU4-6000 Power Amplifier

And which preamp do you use ? I play all kinds of stuff so need very versatile gear.

I mostly use a Mackie 5 ch. mixer, since I'm using it as a PA, and running vox, laptop soft synths, and analog hardware synths. I do still play bass through it, and I have various dirt and comp pedals in the chain, with a DSM OmniCabSimDeluxe ahead of the mixer.

Oops. Then I don't know what others were complaining about?

The problem wasn't necessarily on Barefaced's end. What I said was that I had a very difficult time getting it to go through, my bank kicked it back and/or just didn't go through at least twice wasting days. Paypal went through in 5 minutes. To each their own, while many shared my experience maybe others won't.
