I think what I'm going to do is use contact cement to glue the tolex edges flat, then fill in the gaps with Duratex and a tiny paintbrush. I think it'll look better than gaffe tape.

After some thought, I decided to go with the Interbass for my One10. I loved the tone when I previously owned one, and it does not disappoint here. You'd never know it was an extremely low wattage amp - it gets quite loud with this cab.
Agreed. It's not for every situation, but for many, the IB and One10 is a great combo. I have them next to my desk for impromptu playing while "working."
I was in an acoustic band a few years back with three guitars and I used the IB and One10 with an acoustic bass just to help me be heard a little better. It was perfect in that scenario.

As previously mentioned, I attempted to glue down the edges of the peeling tolex on the back, then fill in the gaps with Duratex. It's not ideal, and I may end up taking off the tolex completely and using the Duratex all over. But for now, this will do.
Focus on the sound. It'll be easier to live with if you focus on the sound.

Currently testing with a Mojotone 50W bass amp. The Six10 seriously realigns any preconceived notions you may have about pushing air.

Played a gig with my Cumbia band last Thursday, at a public screening of the opening game of the Football World Cup.
With this band my usual set-up is my Aguilar TH500 into an FMC 210UL cab (FMC is a small German company making very well regarded bass cabs).
Last time I played with that band, the PA was too small to carry anything but vocals and accordion - we had bass & guitars only from our backline amps. The bass got really farty at that gig, I think it was the speaker cab, I had to slightly raise the frequency if my HPF.
This time I knew the PA situation wouldn't be better, and the location even larger - so I brought my Barefaced One10 along with that FMC 2x10" cab - wow, what a difference! I tried to place the Barefaced as a sidefill monitor for me and the band, and use the other cab for FOH - but standing between the cabs, the tiny Barefaced appeared to be quite a bit louder than the larger cab, so I used both for FOH; the 210 has a bit more lows, sounds more balanced - but the One10 mid-range really cuts through!
Thinking about selling the 2x10, and either getting another One10, or maybe a TWO10 now...

From your detailed response here, the TWO10 is going to be a game changer. I'm probably ordering one too. I have a Super Twin I love as well.
I have a One10T and a One10 and that's all I need for every gig.
Do you use both at once and sometimes take just one? Which ohms model ?
I use both at all gigs and just adjust volume accordingly. It helps to have my rig a bit higher with two
cabs regardless of volume needs. They're both 8 ohms. Using a Genz Benz Shuttle 6.2 amp.
