Well, I can't take credit for the choices since I bought it used. The previous owner is a guitar player so this was spotless. I couldn't find a single flaw. And I got it for about half what it would have cost new. My buddy was pretty envious. He paid full price for his Icon.

I'm also curious about the difference in the feel of the necks between the two. (I've owned a SB5000 and and Dean Bromberg B2 in the past)

Thanks for the nice comments. There are many things for which I'm grateful, and I try not to forget that.
I have had the SB since July-ish, but the B25 is new to me. After I get a little time with the B25, I'll try an make some kind of semi-intelligible post about the 2. With regard to the neck, the B25 seems to be a tiny hair thicker front to back than the SB5000, even though scale, nut width and width at the 22/24th fret is the same. I don't have one of those lobster-claw-looking measuring thing-a-ma-bobs to measure it so I don't have any empirical data to support that.
