hi, can you tell me something more about Stingray EX series? all i know is that they are assembled in japan using american parts... the guy is offering me one so i am seeking for some more information... thanks
The Stingray EX is a discontiued bass Manufactured for the Japanese market by our distributor Kanda Shokai. The basses were built in Japan utilizing U.S. parts. An intresting feature is the Japanese decided to put back the old mute pads on the Stingray EX for a more historically accurate version. The basses were intended for the Japanese market only but with the advent of "webshops" they can be ordered all over the world including the U.S.
That is amazingly beautiful. However, there's a huge piece of lumber suck under the strings!
