Yes, and I got a used CORE to go with my MAX. Still haven't finished making custom cables for it...

Got an H9 Max last week and today I had the time the set up a bunch of presets. I’m surprised how good a lot of the newer fuzz and filter tones in the Sculpt algorithm sound- they were generally something you just had to look elsewhere for with Eventide. And the Bluetooth editor is great. For anyone who never experienced the joy of editing presets on an Eventide Eclipse, it was about as fun as slamming your junk in a doorway.

I've had a few days with my Eventide H9 Harmonizer. Yep...I'm sold on it...it's a keeper....can I have a number please?
I've bought my first set of 4 algorithms too, 16 more to max it out. I'm loving the unit, but I can see why so many people buy a 2nd core unit once their main is maxed out.
Where's a good place to get preset settings?

Just grabbed the Morningstar MC6 Midi controller which was the last piece to the puzzle for me.
I think the Morningstar unit is a tad expensive but I wouldn't be able to shrink my board to a Metro 16 without it.

I've had it now for a couple of days and my first impression is that this is the best piece of gear I've bought since a very long time. Expensive? I mean, yeah, it doesn't give you as many switches as the Behringer, but there are features you don't get otherwise.

Two additional inputs, Midi-Input (for Presets etc.), 8 different Messages per Click, a variety of special functions (toggle etc.), the desktop/ios application which makes the thing simply the deal. Programming those six footswitches takes me about one minute. One minute. Bank name? 2 seconds. Preset Name? 2 seconds.

Then the two exp. Inputs, which can be used to expand three presets (aux switch with TRS) or an expression pedal.
Then you can power it with usb, midi phantom power, 9VDC...
Small package yet expandable, feature packed but with easy accessibility and usability... and on top a great customer support. That was all I wished for...

I'm using the H9 in a two amp setup and will try to use the two ins and outs separately as "pre" and "post" splitting. Then I can use crazy sounds for both signals and meat and potato sounds only on the wet side. I'm a bit concerned about noise and stuff, but I ordered humfrees, use the Cioks Ciokolate, have a P-SplitII and a HD400 Hum Eliminator ready. However, we never know, don't we...

This is as far as I am. Not sure about the ampeg pre, whether it stays or not. Looking for a more clean-ish pre for my clean sound (Mesa?).
