I only had problems with freezing up, when using midi cable connections, is your H9 connected to other midi gear via the midi-in or out?Greetings. I’ve been having problems with my h90 freezing up in the middle of playing. It becomes totally unresponsive and has to be restarted. Anyone else have this issue?
You know he was talking about the H90 not the H9 right?Never had problems with the Bluetooth connection with iPhones or iPads since 10 years of nearly daily use.
How did you set it? It seems pretty uncontrollable for me (threshold must be set very low to have any effect ... the transition between compressed and non-compressed signal is very harsh ...)?
Thanks, I've looked around and I'm registered in the forum. Googled a bit, would love to rest the pedal with all bass presets.I have them somewhere - I will see if I can dig them up for you.
There is also a section in the eventide forums for downloads.
Don’t forget to set bass as your instrument in the settings.Hey all,
I bought a used H9 upgraded to Max last year...just getting around to making it useful for bass and found this old article that offers H9 bass presets...but the preset link doesn't work it just refers to the control app.
Hit the Low End - H9 as a Bass Pedal
Any direction on the getting the bass presets?
It's set to bass. The video implies a a specific list of presets for bass, it's from 2016 or 2017 though.Don’t forget to set bass as your instrument in the settings.
Many algos have bass in the title. I use all of the effects with my bass, but some effects profit from high frequency content. They rather sound dull with flatwounds and a treble cut.
Not sure if this in the H9 but Nate Navarro's Clean patch uses the compressor and it is not bad.Anyone using their H9 as a compressor? I know its has bass compressor settings. TBH, I've played bass for over a dozen years at my church, and only recently the new worship director suggested I get a compressor.
I'm working at smooth out my dynamics manually for now, but might start bringing the H9 if the compressor is adequate.
