American sound doesn't have a DI out. The Dr J Sparrow does.
I have both, and neither of them pick up the radio.

I'm a bigger fan of the Sparrow. But the Pipe Bomb seems like it could be useful.
Anyways, Joyo makes some cool stuff for little money! I'm in the club.

First thing's first:
The American Sound has no DI feature, just 1/4" in, and 1/4" out.
As far as radio, most of the time, (not all the time) tube amps are the culprit, since they have large transformers.
If a tube amp is not involved, generally it's a wiring issue in the house, apartment, or venue.
I use the ultimate drive. Never picked up any radio interference. I believe radio interference is most commonly encountered by poor shielding. Since these pedals are in metal cases, there should be no shielding issues.
A pedal that can boost a signal, such as an overdrive, would likely make already existing radio interference louder. If you read some review where someone complained about radio interference, the issue was likely caused by a poor quality cable, and adding an overdrive made the noise louder. The user erroneously concluded that the pedal caused the noise.

Thanks . I ordered the American sound , the AC tone ( it was $15 used, it has the DI feature, I like its Vox rendition, and saw a good demo online ), and the joyo Dyna comp ( mixed reviews , so we will see). All three pedals for $80, looking forward to playing around with them.
Just to be clear:
None of the Joyo pedals have DI out.
Except the F.O.H. in the Ironman series. But it's just a balanced 1/4" out.

I thought I missed something regarding that DI, it would be a pretty neat feature but I wouldn't expect to find it built in with a pedal at that price point. No firsthand experience but Joyo's DI doesn't seem to be built for bass, i've read a few reviews it loses a good deal of low end.

Yeah, it's got cabinet simulation voiced for guitar, which would not be ideal as a bass DI
So I've been testing my Joyo California sound for two weeks now. I'm impressed! All the comments about it's dark tone weren't wrong. Somehow it attenuates the mid-bite of my Sterling Sub and the GK Plex. But nevertheless, I love this dark characteristic, might use it on some songs where a Jazz Bass tone is needed. I'll be keeping it for now!
If looking for a cheap DI that's sounds an awful lot like a Sansamp, check out the $29 Behringer BDI21.
I received the American Sound, and I'm very pleased with what it does to my jazz Bass ,but specially what it does to my P bass. It can keep the P tone while boosting it, giving clarity , and a bit of a vintage drive - which can Get crazy when cranked up.
Nice tone shaping , volume increase , and overdrive .
Not bad at all.
Knobs feel a little cheap, but they work well.
No DI function at all, correct .
My big muff Pi had that , anyway.

I see a double bass in your picture, if so, you may want to check out the Behringer ADI21 also.

I've been thinking on getting an Ultimate Drive because of all the love it gets around here and is such an inexpensive pedal along with many of the oyo pedals. I think that later I can get a Delay and it will probably be a Joyo analog or digital delay. Which one would you reccommend?
Also is the Joyo Power Supply (JP-02) trustworthy?

The UD is great. I had the most luck with using it in conjunction with a Boss LS-2 for clean blending.
I have no experience with their delays.
However, I have owned and gigged the power supply for several years now. Not truly isolated, but it has served me well.
The Ultimate Drive sounds good and is dirt cheap. I use mine for low gain OD most of the time. Enjoy and welcome to Talk Bass.
PS: I use an LS-2 with mine as well. I mix at a 50/50 blend.
