yep, i got him on the phone earlier this afternoon and discussed it with him. that's when i made the post about going with the singles and hopefully the stacked vol/tone controls.

At least I traded up. Out of the 4, two of the ones that I still own are Joe Osbornes and they are both USA.
i feel lonely right now...i have these two 4 string basses that are disfigured in some fashion and then i don't have my amp anymore.
so i can't play! hehe...i could play ampless, but that's just not the same for me with these oh-so-awesome basses.

But I FINALLY got it right with my latest DJ5... super light, PLEK'd to perfection, just needs some Chi goodness....
I might Chi up my DJ, too. The call of the Chi's is hard to resist. But I need to hear the DJ as is in a band context first.

i want it for the versatility. but now i might have to pick up something down the road that i can get turned into a double/single cs bass.
once i get a real job, lol...then i can just make some payments every month since they will probably take more than a few to make the bass...can't rush quality sometimes.
