Hello to all Mark Bass experts! Just chiming in to see if some of you have had any experience with the MarkBass LMII/F1 and the Genz Benz NEOX-212T, it seems to me like a great combination based on the specs...but i have zero hands on experience with these toys in particular.

Opinions anyone?

Hey all, I just got a LMII. I am getting a TC electronics 2x10 cab, and I was wondering if anyone has ever killed their head yet? I know that Mark bass hasn't been around that long, so most of the heads haven't had time to wear. But I was just checking because I am nervous that the TC cab will suck the life out of my brand new awesome LM. Any comments? I hope this is the write place to put this.... Thanks!

Thinking of getting back into the Markbass line again with a CMD151p combo ( maybe grabbing a 15" extention cab as well for bigger gigs - anyone use this set up ? - what do you think?

This is the look I always get from my old lady when I change rigs.........

Not possible. A load is a load. As long as you don't go below 4 ohms you're fine.

I have the CMD151P and a MB 4x10. I love the combo. I find that the 4x10 cab adds mids which works for me. Most gigs I just play with the 151P, I has a nice low end,

Really should have asked this here in the first place........."DOH"!!!!!!

I owned the Mini CMD 151P, basically the New York 151 with LMII head, and it sounded great, probably my favorite combo. It had plenty of bottom for me. I can imagine the 151HR sounding deeper, but I didn't need it. And if your eventual goal is to have a second 15", two NY 151 cabs would be powerful and portable.

Hi There,

I finally bit and got an LM Tube 800. So far I like it - versatile and loud. Tone is just there - no hoops to jump through for it to sound good. Lots of headroom, which I like. The VLE and VPF filters are worth the amp price alone.

One question: Someone commented that the LMT800 got bad reviews; from where? I haven't read any, only that it sounds different than the LMII/III.

And another Q: I'd like a single 15 with this rig, but am not bowled over by anything I've played, including the MB 15s. I like the way the Traveler 1-15 sounds, but as it gets pushed the speaker really starts to buzz. It wasthis way with all the MB 15s at my local GC. Any suggestions?

thx!
