Just connect your cabs either a speakon each or one speakon on the head and daisy chain on the cab. The amp adapts its power output accordingly.
It is not recommended to have a lower impedance than 4 Ohm as to not strain the transformer.
You can however safely run the amp without load, effectively running at infinite impedance.

I'm not sure about V1, but the second version definitely has a switch for speaker impedance.

Be sure to switch it to 4 ohms if you are using 2 eight ohm speakers.

I'm going for a kind of combination of Motown thump, Jack Bruce (Cream), and Felix Pappalardi. More towards Motown I guess. I start with mids all the way up, and bass and treble at about 9:00. Then I dial in just enough gain to get a bit of overdrive.

I've had this rig now for a few months and i absolutely love it. I came from an Ashdown ABM500 with 6x10 cab. For me, the 2, 1x15's destroys it. It makes the 6x10 sound small and compressed. But i think the head has something to do with that also.

Anyhow, I play in a stoner rock band called Protoplanet (check us out on all major streaming services).

Those OBC115's are something special.
I run my AD200 with one OBC115 alone and it's fantastic. I add one OBC210 (with Eminence Beta10B's) for the slightly bigger small venues we play and that combination of drivers really goes well together, at last to my ears.

Im also in a stoner/psyche rock band, Red Sun Ruins, also on all the streaming platforms. Check it out.

I'm seeking opinions from a few different threads atm, but seems that I return to Orange

I need a portable setup, I have a Crush 50 atm and looking to move it out of my office/studio space.
So I need a simple setup that can go to occasional jams and hang out here in the home studio.

I'm looking at the terror bass and a OBC-112, that should get me started?

That will definitely get you started and when you need more, another OBC-112 will get there.

Last gig I tried out my second Orange OBC112 cabinet. It did real well and it is so light.
