so, after my sweet deal from yesterday and the nice invitation of jazzman: count me in please :)

this is the end of a long journey after deciding to sell my old rig (warwick pro-fet IV, h&k bassforce xl & warwick terminator (yes, I know...)) to find a setup that fits what I am as a player today. It took me six months, several depressing ebay-auctions and an uncountable amount of time doing research, testing, reading ads, getting angry about the prices of tube heads, and some more research.
but some days ago a little ad came to my eyes, and now I got this (for a price I normally wouldn't dare to think of), and I'm more than happy:

ca. '76 Orange OR120
ca. '78 Orange 4x12" Bass-Box
both perfectly in shape, new tubes and look like new. as if someone forgot them in the Orange's basement for 30 years. unbelievable.
and after all, selling and buying and stuff, I spent about 50€ for replacing the rigs...

well, just like I said: count me in please :bassist:

Does that get me a space?

It's small and puny but it's Orange ;)

Count me in.

This was in Europe. In the US I use SVT cabs with the AD200 and a Thunderverb. I was using the HP4x12's for a while, but the backs of the cabs were rattling so loud it was insane. I'll most likely port them and try to use those again.

The picture is from our last European tour. It was a hired backline. They're the 4x10's. I had one 4x10 and one 15", but the 15" promptly died. Picked up another 4x10. It sounded great.

In the US, I have the 4X12 & 8X10 cabs.

I like the sound of the 12" speakers with the bass, and the 4x12 cabs look way cooler.
