You might try Delano SBC's.I have a set of SBC-7HE/S in my TWB.They're actually made for a seven string bass,but they fit in my six.

You might find something that fits your five.

Also there's the Bartolin G66CBJD 6 string soap.It's just a hair narrower that the Tune soapbar.

I sat down with Mike Lull and he's going to install some Nordys that fit like a glove - and they will be active/passive with a voice control for passive. And he's going to make the coil selector switches work like they should - photos next week !

A serial number with S05 means that it was made in S.Korea in 2005.

OK - I did it.

Got this back from Mike Lull this week and these Nordy pickups kill.

And the coil selectors work seamlessly with no noise!

Still have the original Tune electronics, but I really love the tone these pickups give her - So cool !

Here is the pic the guy at GC sent me .

Lucky for me I'm the shipping receiving guy (as well as other stuff) at my job so this baby comes to me as opposed to being dropped at my house while I'm at work. I just can't wait. Salesmen said it takes 3-5 days so hopefully by next Wednesday at the latest. I don't know the materials, but if this thing plays like the one I played 12 years ago it could be cardboard and balsa wood and I wouldn't care..I'm stoked..I'll wait til it's here to get my number...just in case...don't wanna jinx it.:hyper:

It looks like walnut to me.
Although I could be wrong.

The lower part of the body is quite likely mahogany.
Most TWB's are made that way.
Including mine.
