Hadn't noticed that- says so on mine as well. Nice bag- wish they weren't next to impossible to buy.

They are nice bags but i've already retired my Access Vinny bag. The Mono case (single electric guitar case) that i've replaced it with is slightly longer, wider and heavier, but I'd rather have the added protection and durability.

The headstock end of my Vinny rests quite snugly against the top of the Access bag, which opens the possibility to damage in freak accidents. I've ever accidentally fallen head first off a ledge where my Sonus in a Mono case prevented my head from hitting the floor first and my neck snapping. No damage to the case or the bass (or myself). Can't say the same if i was wearing an Access bag.

Also, the side pocket for my CA guitar case (also by Access, now irreplaceable) has been completely worn through over 4 years and i suspect the same will happen to the Vinny bag if i keep using it.

I like keeping my strap attached to my basses so leaving the strapock end on my Vinny really shoves the top of the neck into the gig bag. I've thought about replacing the existing strap buttons with the flushmount kind- all my Elricks have had those. I'd just have to pay to get them put in as I don't trust myself to do it. I imagine the Mono guitar bag would be a good choice if you're gigging a lot with it (love my Mono double), but the little Access is really nice for fitting the bass almost anywhere in the car.
