Have you ever even heard of logistics? March across Alaska? Heh.

How many armed men would it take to subdue a nation of 130 million, most of them armed? How are you going to get them across the ocean, much less feed them and provide ammunition?
This thread is really proving the point after all.
Plenty of ways it could have been done.Nice to see you really do think you're completely invincible though. Must be nice to live in fantasy land.
We're not invincible in the nuclear age.
In 1940? Pretty much.
The same way the US brought their men to Europe genius.![]()
Which is pretty much what the Japanese did in Pearl Harbor. Would they have kept attacking after it, with the help of the German's, you'd be eating bratwurst instead of burritos and saying danke shun![]()
And that's coming a from a Belgian

Who said march? I mentioned U Boats and there would be ships, missiles provided by Von Braun and his fellow scientists, fired from Vladivostok....![]()

Which screwed Britain and Europe for huge amounts of money and interest - yeah good old' Uncle Sam provides "freedom" at a price - nothing has changed really!!
Hitler on his own could never have take on invading the US - but if he had managed to have an alliance with Stalin and maintained the frightening progress of the V2 scientists in USSR territory - he could have built up a frightening force in the East - threatening the US!
Staging in Africa and Britain? I don't think that would work.![]()
german u boats did actually make it to new york and boston and sunk some freight ships.
i think the whole von Braun (von is never written with a capital by the way) story is way exaggerated. yeah, V1 and V2 existed and some flew, but their impact on the war as a whole was minimal, if that.
the jet engined messerschmidt was the weapon of the future, but it's range was way to short to get to the us.
