I was about to say Chicago (I think they still have their original horn players), and TOP.

I saw Chicago last year. They were *tight*. It was lots of fun, though I felt like we were on the young side of the audience (and I'm 44).

The Allman Brothers. See 'em while you can.

I agree! This might be their last year, but besides the heads they take the songs in some serious improv directions. I look at the Allmans like Art Blakey's jazz messengers, bringing in new players to light the spark when it was needed.
