Old Cab Rehab! Before/After photos

Good job, and one hell of a good deal !! Concerning speaker paint - (and I am sure that some will disagree), but I have had good results using regular satin black spray paint. I only use enough to "dye" the cones. So far I have done probably 8 speakers, and have had no problems. The first speaker that I tried it on was a friends cabinet with a JBL E-140 15" - he has been gigging with it for a couple of years now with no problems. I guess that I subscribe to the idea that if it looks better, it sounds better !
