Old Cab Rehab! Before/After photos

THE CAB: a beat up Genz Benz 6x10 that I got on CL for $100. It was in rough shape cosmetically, but sounds great and functions perfectly.
THE REHAB: a marble veneer, Wet Look speaker paint, black paint for the body, copper spray paint for the handles and the ports, copper screws for the speakers and grill, new metal corners, and to top it all off: a shiny new metal knob for the tweeter control on the back. All in all it was maybe $100 worth of materials (thank you Parts Express!) and quite a bit of painting, sanding, stripping glue, and watching the vision take shape!
While it's far from perfect, I had quite a bit of fun putting this together and I'm curious if anyone else has undergone any similar endeavors??? Anyways here's the images:

Looks great! I once bought a GK neo 412 for an amazing price because someone turned it into an ugly eye sore. I stripped it down and had it sprayed with line-x bed liner. I bought new cab corners, painted the grill and made a diamond plate kick plate. Ended up trading it for a near mint Ernie Ball Stingray!
I had to google the 5f1 because I am unfamiliar.. also I've never seen a combo amp with only one knob! And I dig the simplicity... I assume it's the volume?
Yep, just a volume knob. If you REALLY needed to get fancy you could have gotten a 5f2 (Princeton), more or less the same circuit but a bigger cabinet and a TONE knob
