Oldest Bass you got?

My oldest bass is a 64 Fender Jazz
Followed closely by a 67 Hofner 500/1
The oldest instruments are a 43 Gibson J-45 Deluxe
and a (I think, but I could be wrong on this) a 46 Guild hollow body.

My 1987 or 1988 Burnside Crossbow by Guild.
A few from early 60s:
A Shaftesbury from 1964 or so
A Hoyer London Club bass from 1964 or so
A Framus also from 1964 or so
and a mid 60s Hohner fretless

My 2 oldest, 1966 Fender Mustang and 1978 Guild B-302.
I have a 1953 Precision. I think one or both of my DBs are older but they are fiendishly difficult to date.

My oldest is this 1962 Jazz Bass, which I acquired in 1987, and am happy to report is playing and sounding terrific!

I wander why Yamaha no longer makes those lovely p basses with a single set of pickups ? Is it part of that famous law suit story ?
New or used, I would grab one anyway without hesitation, those instruments are built to last forever.
I have a 1990 MIJ reissue 62 Fender JB I bought from The Sound Shop in Japan .
I built that bass with a crate of Scotch that’s from 1970, does that count ?
I already know and understand how incredible the tone is on your Guild. Wish I could have that tone on a 5 string fretless.
1998 Ibanez ATK305 I bought in ‘99. Used to be black but removed the pickguard and had painted with a custom House Of Colors base and paint I personally mixed. Has developed a weird buzz and pop that hasn’t been diagnosed. It’s in retirement mode 
Oldest bass I have is my 1991 ibanez sr800. Should have been my 1978 Japanese copy of an eb3 branded as "Queens" on which I started playing at the age of 14 hadn't facking son of a biitch stolen it!
I bought a ‘75 Electra (?) Jazz bass. Might be my oldest current. I had a ‘66 Yamaha bass for a while.
Oldest guitar is a ‘59 or earlier Framus archtop. Still plays great but is mostly a wall hanger at this point.
