From the picture, yes, given that the low strings aren't anywhere near .75", that's certain in this case.

But seriously, instruments like that are usually the equivalent of the 8 foot tall bass drums and 10 foot tall saxophones they used to make as barely-functional, one-off retail attention-getters.
They're advertising pieces that get people talking about the person/company that made them.
