I had DarkStars in my Guild Starifre II. Overated and expensive in my oppinion. For the money the stock pu's sound just as good.

I recall seeing this first as a prototype put together by one of the Fender CS builders and posted on the FDP forum. The pups are the same as in the Squier Tele bass. Although I hate the colors of the CS model currently for sale, I really like the concept of it.

not my kind of stuff, as someone said, at this price, you are in the fodera and others great luthiers' league.
I love fender, and the CS basses are great, but I'd rather buy a pino pbass and a jazz bass reissue 64 with 6000 $.

Looks like a Fender made T40 at 20X the price. Love Fender, but that's nuts.
